The GARR Conference is the event where experiences are shared on the use of infrastructures and digital services by those who use the GARR network and those who actively contribute to its development and service improvement.

What will we talk about?

In this edition we want to investigate the complex relationship between infrastructures and digital frontiers, in a context in which technological challenges have social, economic and geopolitical impacts.

From the perspective of the education and research community, we will discuss:

  • Digital autonomy
  • Artificial intelligence research
  • Data security
  • Federation of resources and services
  • Digital infrastructures and global interconnections

Exclusive tour along the alleys of the Bari

Meeting point: Largo Chiurlia at 6.30pm

We invite you to discover the authentic soul of Bari with an exclusive tour. Together, we will walk through the hidden alleys of the old city, among historic squares, anecdotes, and curiosities, on an itinerary that will lead us through art, history, and tradition.

At the end of the tour, we will go to the splendid setting of Santa Teresa dei Maschi for an aperitif.
